Mash in with 2.8 gallons US of water at 175.0 F

Water choice: Zephyrhills

CHERRY JUICE CONCENTRATE:
Measure by volume. (Should be about 8oz each or so?)
Use 1 lb R.W. Knudsen Black Cherry Concentrate,
And 1 lb King Orchards Tart Cherry Concentgrate

Add 1 tablespoon Cinammon spice to flameout
Add cherry juice at flameout
Honey is added to flameout
Add 1 teaspoon Cinammon before kegging
Add 1 vanilla bean to beer 2nd week of fermentation

Ferment @ 66F.

Mash manager is fucking up, use Of Gourds and Monsters formula. 3.75 gallon mash in (155 target), 3.25 gallon sparge. (NOTE: Use Silly for mash for stronger dose?)

Use Weyermann Abbey Malt instead of Victory if available.
