Final aging is with 2 oz oak cubes soaked in Scotch whiskey

Ferment @ 64F (cool side)

SPECIAL VERSION:
A) At brew time, soak spirals in good scotch.
B) One week into brew: Add 4 oz cacao nibs, 2 Ceylon cinnamon sticks, 2 vanilla beans
C) Add 4 ounces of Star Kay White Pure Chocolate Extract #18 on keeging
