Mash in with 3.2 gallons US of water at 172.0 F



Notes:


It's kind of like a junior version of Hopalujah, and kind of like a Sweetwater 420 clone. We call it Stoney.

Water choice: Zephyrhills

Add 1 teaspoon gypsum to beer. (Just before boil)

Use Weyermann "CaraAmber" or Crisp "Caramalt" for the Carastan if available

Ferment @ 66F.

Note: We mash with 3 gal and sparge with 3 gal (convenient!)
