Notes:


Brewing: Raise water to 140F. Add grains to steep. Wait 20 minutes. Add honey. Cool down.

Gambrinus malt is "honey malt", substitute melanoidin if necessary
Add vanilla beans and wood after primary fermentation. This is a *carbonated* and *kegged* mead!

NOTE: 1 gallon honey, 3 gallons water! (Add 32 oz of honey for big mead)
