NEW DOPPELBOCK RECIPE:
This is a revamp
12 pounds of grain + 3 pounds malt extract (equivalent to 5 lbs pilsner grain), so:
Caramunich: 5% .75 lb
Melanoidin: 5% .75 lb
Munich: 10.5 lb
Malt extract: 3 lb
Carafa III: 2 oz
Hallertau 2 oz boil
Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager

Decoction-less attempt.
Use "Munich II" malt for dark munich and "Caramunich II" for the "Belgian Caramunich".

Water choice: Zephyrhills
Fermentation temperature: 49F
