Mash in with 3.7 gallons US of water at 137.0 F



Notes:


Water choice: Zephyrhills

Ferment at 66F.

Double decoction process used: 125 @ 15min, 40% grain rested at 150F for 15 min before boiled for 30 min, returned to mash (approx 154F). Rest for 30 minutes. Remove 40% grain and boil for 20 minutes for mash-out @ 170F, normal sparge.
