NOTES: Distilled water / 1 gallon regular water blend. Double decoction process used: 125 @ 15min, 40% grain rested at 150F for 15 min before boiled for 30 min, returned to mash (approx 154F), remove 40% grain and boil for 20 minutes for mash-out @ 170F, normal sparge. See Samuel Jackson for real schedule. Water choice: Deer Park Yeast should be White Labs: Czec Budejovice (WLP802) when available
